Receive an item that wasn't what you ordered?

It happens. Let us know and we will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping for the correct item

Don't like the fit?

For hats you are welcome to return a hat but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any eventual refund.

For exchanges, you must pay for the cost of return shipping as well as the cost to send the new item. ~$10 *

For hoodies you have 14 days to exchange or return an item for a refund if you don't like the fit.

Your [thing] is obviously messed up.

Return it for a full refund. We do not accept returns for standard wear and tear.

Discounted Items

No returns on discounted items unless, your [thing] is obviously messed up.

You Accidentally ordered the wrong thing

We are happy to help with an exchange, however, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of shipping to send the new item that you wanted to order.
